Phillip Burton REALTOR® is originally from Twillingate, and now lives in Bay Bulls with his wife Robin and two kids Riley & Avery. Since graduating from the College of The North Atlantic in 2003 he has held a number of varying roles as a Civil Engineering Technologist. He has 15 years of commercial property management experience, including leasing, tenant improvements and new tenant construction. He is also very knowledgeable in residential construction and the multi facets which are involved in home construction. Continuing education has always been important to him. Since 2003 he has completed training in Project Management, Occupational Health & Safety as well as accessibility training with the Rick Hansen Foundation (https://www.rickhansen.com/) He has served as a board member with the St. John’s Downtown Development Commission and as a Town Councilor with the Town of Bay Bulls. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, coaching minor hockey and spending time with his family.
