Born and raised in St. John's, Shelley’s business savvy stems from learning first hand in a family business; behind her genuine and friendly personality is a skilled and experienced business style. She has earned a reputation for a hands-on approach, being true to her word, always giving her best, loving what she does each day, and valuing her client relationships above all.
Shelley's keen interest in real estate began at an early age with the purchase of her first home. Through this personal experience, she quickly understood the importance of negotiation, attention to detail, research of property value, and neighbourhoods, always seeing the full potential.
Shelley's entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, eye for property and interior design made becoming a REALTOR® a natural career choice.
Her career has evolved to include real estate development, property, project and operations management. Shelley is happiest when helping a client realize their dream, and whatever that dream may be - she works with her clients through every step to make it happen!
Shelley's heart, pride and joy are her three sons, Matthew, Justin and Michael, and the young men they have become. She and her husband, Ed, have been together for 33 years and as life seasons change, they remain committed to their family, each other and community.
