A total of 403 homes were sold that month, but hold on tight, because that's a 31.3% drop compared to May 2022. We're not reaching the heights we were hoping for.

Home sales in Newfoundland and Labrador saw a decline of 21% in March 2023 compared to the same month in the previous year, with a total of 350 units sold. However, home sales for the month were 0.5% higher than the five-year average and 13.5% higher than the 10-year average.
